90 day reporting???? This is probably an easy one to answer but I couldn't find the answer on a search. This will be my first year on an O-A visa and my question is how early can you do reporting. I will be living on an island which doesn't have an immigration office, but I do randomly pop over to another one that does. If for example I went there five weeks after entry (or last report) could I report then and then my 90 days is reset, or am I only allowed to report a certain number of days before.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The initial 90-day report for an O-A visa must be done in person, with the day of arrival counted as day one. You may report between 15 days before your 90th day and 7 days after. For subsequent reports, online reporting is allowed, also between 15 and 7 days before the due date.

Just one last question, apart form my passport is there anything else I need to bring with me on the first report?

Maybe also smart to already fill in the TM47 on your laptop or so.

I’m guessing you’d probably need to have a TM30 acknowledgement slip or screenshot of online submission.

Excellent, easier than I thought as I still didn't think online reporting was working, thanks all.....

If you leave Thailand and come back the process start all over again, with the day of arrival as day number 1.

The first report you have to do in person, the day of arrival is day one and from there you count 90 days. You can do this in person between 15 days before this 90th day or 7 days after. Your second and consecutive reports you can do on-line, as your details are now in the system, you do the on-line reporting between 15 and 7 days before the due date. If you make a report you get a small slip of paper with a new due date. The link for on-line reporting
