Hi All,
I have a Non-O visa (1 year) base on marriage valid until 21/Jan/2020.
going to Immigration office tomorrow 06/Jan/2020 to extend it for one new year.
Hear is my Question: Am I late to apply för extention? anybody know how long before should this be applied?
do I need Health insurance garantee as I am 50 + since few month ago?
thanks in advance
TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry concerns the timing for applying for an extension on a Non-O visa based on marriage in Thailand, as well as whether health insurance is necessary for applicants over 50. Community members confirmed no health insurance is required. As for the application timing, it is indicated that one can apply within 30 days prior to the visa expiration date. The poster successfully extended their visa with a 30-day provisional extension while awaiting further processing.
