We arrive at Suvarnabumi on Tuesday October 22, 2019 at 14h05 and travel on to Phimai, Nakhon Ratchasima and hope to get there by 20h30. Immigration is closed on Wednesday October 23, 2019. What reaction can we expect when we present ourselves at Korat Immigration Office for the TM30 on Thursday morning October 24, 2019?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about their upcoming visit to the Korat Immigration Office for TM30 registration after arriving in Thailand, considering they will arrive on October 22, 2019, and the office will not be open the following day. I reported at Korat Immigration today after arriving into Bangkok on 9th October and staying in a Bangkok hotel and then arriving in Korat on 11th October, 2019. No problems at all at Korat Immigration.

If you stay in a hotel they will just sent you away. Are you the house owner? Why not download and subscribe for the on line registration, safe a trip to the Immigration.

I'll ask myself on Thursday. The other times our landlady disappeared in the backoffice with the officer, so we had no idea what they arranged. We'll see.

your landlady can just show a copy of your passport and entry stamp, you do not have to be there in person. The app and the online system works.

our landlady went with us twice and the officer told her that the on line registration does not work. And we have to present us personally. We registered and received a login and password but have not been able to access the system.
