Regards tm 30, does it need to be filed at muang thong thani now? Can the landlord file online reliably or is it more likely they or yourself will need to go in person now? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 can be filed online, but landlords must first register for an online account with the immigration system. However, for TM30 filings in Bangkok, it's now required to go to the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office.

landlords have ALWAYS been able to "file online reliably" if they went into the system applied to use it, got a user name and temp password emailed to them, then went in and change the password. That system has been in place for years and years now.

If you're going to file a TM30 in Bangkok you now go to the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office

This shows the building you want
