What is the fastest way to do TM30 and 90D reporting now? I read a few months ago that the digital channels were offline.

I really dread going to CHW.

1) are the app or website working for people again for either form?

2) if not, how to do a 90d report for someone who just moved here from another province? I gues first TM30 report, then 90d (due in about 40 days). But does it require a trip to CHW or can all be done by snail mail?

3) which services are in CHW and which at PTT these days and how does it affect us sending Mail? Same address, other one?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current procedures for TM30 and 90-day reporting in Thailand involve primarily using the office at Muang Thong Thani (MTT) in Bangkok. While there were issues with digital reporting channels, it appears that making appointments online is advised to reduce wait times. TM30 must be filed before the 90-day report, and while both forms can potentially be submitted by mail under specific conditions, visiting the MTT facility in person seems necessary for TM30. Additionally, individuals can appoint someone with power of attorney to submit the TM30 on their behalf. It’s critical for expats to stay updated on the current locations and reporting methods to ensure compliance.

Ok, I'm shutting this down (for now).

*FOR BANGKOK ONLY*

According to this slightly outdated flyer, 90 day report and TM30 are at Muang Thong Thani. (Note: Counter J has just moved back to CW).

The GPS location of Muang Thong Thani is 13.

You *MAY* be able to make a reservation to do the 90 day report at

FOR BANGKOK ONLY.

IF you want to do the 90 day report via mail, you can only send it 15 days before, and you'd send it to CW.

Is the OP using Bangkok? I don't know, because I don't know what CHW and PTT is.
@Chris ****
, if you can let a mod know what PTT and CHW is, we'll reopen the post for you.

Both can be done by EMS at the right timing. Or both can be reported at MTT (if really OP means in Bangkok) by your representative. Anyone can do 90days report for you, but only the person (other than your landlord) with the power of attorney form can do for your TM30.

Ellie Takei. You can do a TM30 with lease and copy of owner's ID. Don't need POA

@Bo***
she was talking about someone else doing a Tm30 for you (as in if you sent someone with your lease and TM30 form to file for you) That does take a power of attorney form and two 5 baht tax stamps. ;)

90 day report at MTT took me 1.5 hours on Wednesday

Try to make an appointment online, it will save you hours.

A friend filed a 90 day report at MTT a couple of days ago he was there for 5 hours. When I went 6 weeks ago it took less than an hour. There is probably no predicting the wait time.

Marty Pollard. You can book an appointment

Both 90 days and TM30 are at MTT.

Well, good news is you dont go to chaeng wattana for 90 day reports. Bad news is you go to maung thong thani for 90 day reports.
