What should I do if the 90-day reporting website for Thailand keeps crashing?

90 days reporting online - can open the site but the page crashes once I started filling the form. 

Any suggestions to report online?

Richard it won't work with any browsers except Internet Explorer. It takes a long time with other browsers to even enter one piece of information. Use Internet Explorer and you will fly through it.

, there were reports that MS edge won't work.

You need an I/E from 7 on.

Try firefox with the I/E Emulator ad on

It's actually MS Edge that I am using. Any reports of this not working? May have to switch to Firefox instead? Mind you, at this rate, it would have been quicker to head for Promenada and do it manually! 😁

you sure you're using I/E? that freezing usually happens only in Chrome or Firefox. I just tried it to check the status of a report I did a while back and it worked fine with no hanging..

You can type the whole word or number and then wait for it to fill in! I get 'site unresponsive' pop ups.

Just tried to log-on to check the status of my own application and yes the website is indeed down. I honestly don't get why this website is so difficult for the immigration to maintain. I guess it will be another hour journey for me next week :/

Are you within the reporting window? 15 days before down until 7 days before your report date?

Turn off your pop-up blocker

ONLY fill out the information on the first page that has an asterisks next to it.

If when you enter the CAPTCHA number you get this warning, you can't use the online 90 day report program
