TLDR : Answer Summary
Many users are experiencing issues with the 90-day online reporting system in Thailand. If you're facing this problem, there are various troubleshooting techniques you can try, such as ensuring the information is filled correctly, disabling pop-up blockers, or using different browsers. If the system remains unresponsive, filing the report in person or using the alternative applications may be necessary.

I don't see any value in keeping this thread open. The website is down for maintenance, and I imagine it'll be back up no later than tomorrow. I recommend using the applications, filing it in person, or waiting until tomorrow.

I just checked the website, for some reason, the weblink is not working as of right now. I recommend trying either one of the applications (if you have a cell phone), doing it in person, or trying it later.

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re within the proper timeframe, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, AND you are on an extension of stay that requires 90 day reports, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.
1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.
2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly
3. Turn off any pop-up blockers
4. Turn off any auto-translate
5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications
6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system
7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.
8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.
If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.
You didn't say which online programs you used, but there are three options:
