Answer summary

The discussion focuses on the browsers used for the 90-day online reporting system for Thai immigration. Users report issues with Firefox and Chrome, with suggestions to use Internet Explorer. Some users mention that the system was functional after the Songkran holidays, and they advise checking the status directly on the immigration website to avoid waiting for email confirmations.

You can always go back into the system and check to see if it's approved without waiting for the email.

Go to the green Check Status tab..

As it seems to work in different browsers but you get the notification to contact Immigration, it seems that the data you fill in does not match with the database. You can try again later or just visit the Immigration Office and ask to update, so you can use next time.
