TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers around the functionality of Thailand's 90-day online reporting system. Several users confirm that the web-based portal is operational and provide the link for access. However, one user reports difficulties in loading the page, prompting others to suggest troubleshooting steps such as disabling ad-blockers and ensuring correct data entries. The consensus is that if the online system fails, individuals may need to submit their reports in person.

This isn't an IT Helpdesk group, and I don't see the value in keeping this comment open. IF the 90 day reporting system doesn't work for you, you'll have to do it in person.

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

If you're using any ad-blocker/privacy extensions try turning them off, usually does the trick on these immigration websites (solved an issue I was having on the TM30 page).

some reports suggest you use the “incognito” or “private browsing” features of your browser as this turns off all the stuff that causes some of the problems.

Running Chrome here on my desktop and just checked it's working fine on Chrome mobile as well.

firefox, chrome, safari all will work. You need to turn OFF pop up blocker, off auto-fill, and off auto translate if your browswer has those.

I did mine a few weeks ago and it was accepted. I just checked now and I can access the website:
