Re the 90 day online reporting issues. I always found that using IE11 is preferable to the other search engines, but also utilise the drop-down menus wherever they are available.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users have found Internet Explorer 11 effective for the 90-day online reporting system, although it's noted that it has been replaced by Edge in Windows 10. Comments suggest ensuring compatibility by using various browsers like Firefox, Safari, and Chrome while following troubleshooting steps such as turning off pop-up blockers and VPNs. If online submission fails despite these efforts, filing in person may be necessary.

This isn't a computer advice group. However, if the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re within the proper timeframe, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser or one of the applications

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

The applications and website are:

They upgraded the compatibility and it will work with FireFox, Safari (with pop up blocker off), Chrome (with auto-translate off) , and most other browsers. I did read that Edge causes problems though

IE11 is a web browser, not a search engine. Also, in the latest version of Windows 10, IE11 no longer exists, it's been replaced with Edge.

But thanks for the update.
