Hi all- does anyone have any idea why the 90 day report online system keeps telling me to enter a correct captcha even though I am? Is there a secret trick here?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The community is experiencing issues with the Thai 90-day online reporting system, particularly with persistent captcha errors. Suggestions include troubleshooting steps such as disabling VPNs and pop-up blockers, and turning off auto-translate features. Some users recommend going in person to the immigration office as an alternative if the online system continues to malfunction. Additionally, it's noted that anyone can file a report in person on behalf of another individual, as long as they have the necessary forms and pass.

The online system isn’t working properly, I went to immigration today and they told me it was fixed but it’s still not.
actually it is working okay (I did two 90 day reports for people that went to pending earlier ) but there is still some glitch where if you did a new extension or a 90 day report while the system was down it will not show that it in the system and error out the programs (or that is what it appears to be happening)
that 2000baht fine was for reporting more than 7 days after your real due date.
You can report in person from 2 weeks before down until 7 days after the due date without a fine. <- that's a 21 day window to go report in person, after that you get the 2000baht fine BUT the good thing is it doesn't go up and is 2000baht whether you're 8 days late or 8 months late ;)

I don’t know if this is allowed, but can someone else do the check in for you?
ok. I found the place to turn off the translate. Now the captcha is verified and I can press submit but it only takes me back to the top of the personal information page.
I’ve tried at least 5 times, 3 browsers. Either the captcha is verified but they say contact the local office or it’s verified and submitted but then nothing happens or the captcha is wrong (when it’s correct). Firefox, chrome, safari. I’m finished for today. What fun!!!! Thanks for trying!!!!!
yea- you’re right. That’s when I’m getting the captcha error. Errrrg!

It sounds like you're using a VPN OR Google Translate to translate the webpage.
If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.
1. Turn off any pop-up blockers
2. Turn off any auto-translate
3. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications
4. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system
5. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.
6. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.
If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.
thanks very much. I tried all those things first. Definitely no VPN on. Not sure how to check to see if google translate is automatically on but will go research. But, I did just read somewhere that it could be TM 30 problem? I’ve traveled within Thailand recently without doing a new Tm 30. Could that be the problem? I thought they were no longer necessary. Thanks very much.
- real problem is that I’m having surgery on the 17. Report due on 23. I’m not going to want to leave the house! Tomorrow is too soon to go in person. SHIT! I may just be late and pay the fine. Thanks for trying.
umm you can report in person from 2 weeks exactly before the due date down until 7 days after the due date so if your due date is the 23 you could have reported since the 9th and you can report up to the 30th
