What should I do if I encounter issues with my 90-day online report in Thailand?

Just to report back on my 90 day online report failure. The pop up message said to contact them but they have no clue what the reason is of course. The department head in CWTN couldn't explain why it didn't work for me for a year now. I wonder if i'm an outlier!

I already covered all possibilities in multiple posts, with multiple admins and other members. we're all stumped.

Just wondering if there's anyone else out there in the same boat.
