We just got the thaipass right now - thanks for answers

We do have a problem by applying for Thaivisa😱😱 I received my visa within 1 minut, but my boyfriend has still not received his visa.... 

And we have tried several times, and now we rearranged our flight so once again i replied, and send the same documents as my boyfriend - again i received my visa, he didn´t

Anyone know how we can help this problem? Thanks

Hotel booking needs to be in both names. Even better if the hotel can issue you 2 separate invoices . Chances are both passes will be automatically approved.
