What should I do if my boyfriend did not receive his Thai visa while I did?
We just got the thaipass right now - thanks for answers
We do have a problem by applying for Thaivisa😱😱 I received my visa within 1 minut, but my boyfriend has still not received his visa....
And we have tried several times, and now we rearranged our flight so once again i replied, and send the same documents as my boyfriend - again i received my visa, he didn´t
Anyone know how we can help this problem? Thanks

Answer summary
The author has successfully received their Thailand Pass but encountered issues with their boyfriend's visa application, as he has not received his visa despite multiple attempts. Comments suggest checking if both applications are registered under the same email, ensuring hotel bookings are in both names, and contacting support for further assistance.

More than likely he is on the sex tourist register from before you met so they need to run a few checks regarding the lady boy incident on walking st.

Think agree with

suggestion maybe hotel booking and names on it.

Hotel booking needs to be in both names. Even better if the hotel can issue you 2 separate invoices . Chances are both passes will be automatically approved.

sent you a number to try. Did you register both passes with the same email address? I have a feeling if using the same email address it causes problems.
