I am unable to complete my Thai Pass application. Once I click "check my booking" I get a " my booking is invalid" (booking not found & check in dates do match arrival dates) The hotel has sent me the proper paperwork and are aware of my issue. They have viewed via screen shots my input and have found no mistakes. They recommend me using a service to .process.
