What should I do if my Thai Pass application shows 'booking is invalid' during the submission process?

I am unable to complete my Thai Pass application. Once I click "check my booking" I get a " my booking is invalid" (booking not found & check in dates do match arrival dates) The hotel has sent me the proper paperwork and are aware of my issue. They have viewed via screen shots my input and have found no mistakes. They recommend me using a service to .process.

Has anyone had similar problems?

Don't get confused with booking reference number and confirmation reference number.

I booked mine with agoda got a booking reference number,

Got confirmation from hotel with a different number

I had to check the "None" box on verifying hotel, then it let me proceed and upload the confirmation. Had approval in about 30 hours

I have done all the above. My frustration is so high at this point that I will probably put the extra money out for a service.....

Use Chrome and make sure your email address is Gmail. Attachments should be jpeg.

Try redoing your booking number for hotel sometimes thay give you 2 numbers member ID number and booking ID number

It is not in the system because I can't get passed the "check my booking" to finish the application.

This is a known issue that many can't find their application when checking status. If the hotel saw it to approve it, then it is definitely in the system so no need to worry.
