Hello! Has anyone had success going to the embassy to discuss the approval of your Thai Pass (that is taking too long and you have a flight soon)? Just for context, my husband and I applied on the same date, with the same docuemnts, but his Thai Pass has not been appeoved yet. Mine was approved today. Thanks in advance!!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquires about the possibility of visiting an embassy for assistance with a delayed Thai Pass approval, noting that their husband's application has not been processed despite both applying simultaneously. Community members provide advice on contacting the embassy, suggesting the best times to call, sharing their experiences with the approval process, and discussing issues encountered when trying to reach the authorities via phone and email. The user later shares that their husband's Thai Pass application was rejected despite having similar documents, but ultimately both their applications were approved after further attempts.

Thank you everyone for all the info and support. My husband’s thai pass got rejected this morning, which is very weird and disappointing since we applied with the same set of documents. We applied again and will start trying all the numbers and channel available. Fingers crossed!!!
I sent an email as per the Thailand Pass page. Got both my submitted pass applications approved today from 3rd and 4th December. If it has to do that they are soon 7 days old or because I sent the email no clue. I am just surprised the first one got approved since I forgot to attach PCR payment for Phuket arrival. All the best.
I am not sure either! We will try on Monday for sure! Yesterday was a public holiday and the security guards mentioned that many people are indeed going to the embassy for guidance. We’ll see! No luck with the email or phone number…
seen many reports saying similar. I don’t know if the embassy in Singapore is accepting “walk in” access. Probably best to try and contact via email or phone or messenger first.
I will DM. I'm just not making it open as I have a few friends that need to use it soon and they are worried if shared all over different groups, they could stop answering their phones.
