What to do if you haven't received your Thailand Pass before departure?
I used Thailand vacation and tours to do my Sandbox application 31 December 2021 and they did a great job for everything BUT I still have not received my Thailand Pass. I just have 5 days before my plane is supposed to leave. The phone numbers on the government Thailandpass site just ring and ring. Does anyone know if Thailand Vacation and Tours can or will intercede? They must do hundreds of these things all the time.

Why have you not contacted the people who did the job and ask them for information ask them where is your Pass if they have done it.
Maybe they just booked your flights hotel maybe travel insurance but not the Pass. You need to question them as to what they did on your behalf

If you haven’t received your ThaiPass they didn’t do a good job , there’s no such thing as a sandbox application! You just book flights , hotel & get travel insurance stating covid cover which I suggest you already done & submitted everything to this company ?
It would have been quicker to upload the documents directly to Thaipass yourself & you would probably have heard back by now , this company might not even have submitted the required documents to ThaiPass for you yet 🤷🏼♂️

9 days and not got it, I don't call that a great job. I did my own and got it quicker

AQ has a service that can expedite your pass. I haven’t used it but it gave me some comfort knowing it’s there. You can contact them via line and website
