I got my Thai Pass and QR code immediately. But not my visa!

'We are dealing with a high volume of enquiries. We are aiming to reply to you within 3-5 working days. Please allow this time to elapse to enable us to resolve your enquiry.

For any Thailand PASS issues, please contact support@tp.consular.go.th or call +66 2 572 8442

The Thai Embassy in London are not responsible for approving the Thailand Pass. This is done by the Central Government authorities in Thailand so we ask you to bear with them or contact them directly, details above.

As for the visa, currently you do not need to post your passport and original supporting documents to the embassy.

Your visa application will be accessed online. The decision will be made within 3-7 working days from the date you submitted and paid for your visa application, providing that you submitted all the required documents. Your visa will be issued electronically, and emailed to you via the email address given to us.'

I'm in the US (app went to D.C.) and yep, same boat. Applied Nov 1st for the Visa and Pass, still waiting on the Visa. For my consulate they say it can take up to 15 working days (so, three weeks)...

God, I've done that loads of times and didn't even think of that as an option! Maybe it's because I have to be away for 90 days. How would that now work?

the first sentence makes it sound like needing help with Visa but then it's just things you can find on the UK embassy website. Confusing.

That's why I posted it. This is my experience. A confusing experience. And i'm sure many others have had the same happen to them - or will have the same happen to them. Hence the post.
