I applied for Thai Pass 11 days ago. Everything was uploaded; the application was accepted. But 11 days letter I've got nothing. I fly to Phuket in 6 days. I've emailed them 3 times. No reply. Any suggestions? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their Thai Pass application, which was submitted 11 days ago and is still pending with a flight to Phuket in 6 days. Suggestions from others in the comments include checking the status on the Thai Pass website using the reference number, trying to call the support line, and sharing that responses may be delayed, as it took some individuals over 13 days to receive their passes. There is mention of the importance of having a Gmail account for email communications as well.

Are you coming from Australia? We still haven't gotten anything back and we fly Saturday.

I'm doing aq in Bangkok. I got mine within minutes. I've heard having a @gmail account for your email really helps. But the sandbox program is getting the most requests. Maybe that's why.
