What should I do if my 90-day reporting date is incorrect after leaving Thailand?

I have been doing my 90 day reporting on-line for the past year. In February I left the country for 2 weeks, and when I did my reporting upon return, my 90 day re-set to May 10th. Today I get an email from the auto system asking me to file my 90 day report on April 13, which would be the correct date if I hadn’t left the country.

Do I just ignore this request and apply for a new online 90 day in May? Wouldn’t it have been adjusted in the “main computer”?

Just seems weird they don’t have record of my adjusted 90 day… or is it all a mystery?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has encountered an issue with the 90-day reporting system after leaving Thailand for two weeks, where the email reminder suggests an incorrect reporting date. Comments suggest that the email is automatically generated and does not account for international travel. Users advise ignoring the email and filing based on the actual return date, as the system may not properly track adjustments after leaving the country.

Yes ignore it and do it in April, the main computer would then be updated. It’s not exactly well linked up in my experience!

You might need to go in person the first time though, and then should be able to do online again after that.

the online system sends the email out when you're 2 weeks from a previous successful 90 day report.

It does not factor in if you left the country or not. 😕

Ignore the email and know that you real 90 day report date is 89 days from the date you last stamped in to thailand.
