When is the correct due date for my 90-day report after returning to Thailand?

90 day report

Hello,

My due date for the 90-day report was originally June 18.  I left the country in April and returned to Thailand on April 16.

If I calculated correctly, my new due date is July 14th.

I received an email on June 3 reminding me that my due date was June 18.

I'm a bit lost.  Do I have to do the 90 days before June 18 as indicated in the email or do I have to do it before July 14 (90 days after my return to Thailand)?
