What should I do regarding conflicting 90-day reporting dates after changing my NON-O visa status in Thailand?

I'm a bit confused. I extended my non-O visa last month. At the time I switched the basis for my status from trailing spouse to 800K deposit. The officer gave me a new 90 day reporting slip, good through April, starting from my new extension, and pulled out the old extension through February 28 from my passport. He said he could do that since I changed my status.

The other day I got an email telling me to make sure that I do my 90 day extension by February 28! What should I believe?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has changed their status from a trailing spouse to an 800K deposit basis for their NON-O visa and received a new 90-day reporting slip. Despite this, they are confused by an email prompting them to report before a previous date. Responses suggest they ignore the email, as it is likely an automated notification, and they should follow the new date on their reporting slip.

the 90 day online reporting system

No problem. You have a new reportingslip. Its proof you did the 90 days report.

ignore the email you got from the online system, it gets sent out automatically

your new 90 day report date is the one listed on the 90 day report receipt you got when you switched reasons for your yearly extension.

Okay Tod, thanks! Any chance this will create a problem if I try to do my next 90 day online?

you're out nothing by trying it online, it'll either go thru or get denied ๐Ÿ˜‰ and if it's denied you're going to have to go in person and file one to get the system and your actual reporting date sync'd back up
