My 90 day reporting is due on Nov24th but somehow I can´t file it online. I have done it in person once last year. Getting the error message " For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area." Anyone had this issue before?
And what would be the consequences if I would leave the country on day 102 via DMK without having filed the 90 day report?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with submitting their 90-day report online before the due date, with time running out for online filing. Comments suggest that the user is late to file online, as the system permits submissions only within a specific time frame prior to the due date. Leaving the country without filing can result in a fine when returning, but it is possible to leave without immediate repercussions.

IF you are in the country on the 90th day you report, period end of story.
IF you leave the country before the 90th day, when you return your next 90 day report is 89 days from the date you stamped back in.
In your case, failing to file a 90 day report on time will not stop you from leaving the country BUT there is a good chance that when you come back and go to do your next 90 day report they will see you missed your previous one and fine you the 2000baht. Of course there's also a chance they won't notice it and you won't be fined.
thank you very much for detailed and precise answer! Most likely I will risk to get fined. Rather spend 2k than a day at Chaeng Watthana. I rarely have to go there at all because I am on elite visa and usually traveling quite often. Thanks again, I appreciate your effort
