TLDR : Answer Summary
If you've lost your passport that contained a re-entry permit and all visas/extensions while outside Thailand, the first step is to report the loss to the police and then contact your embassy to apply for a new passport or an emergency travel document. Depending on your nationality, some embassies may issue emergency passports, but it's important to check if Thailand accepts them. Once you have a new passport, you will need to apply for a new visa to return to Thailand.

If you go down the emergency passport route be aware that Thailand will only accept emergency passports from certain countries.
you come back in on a visa exempt (if you're even from a country that can do that 😕 ) it's all you can do
and
then go to the immigration office that issued the extension/re-entry to see IF there's any way to recover those stamps.
I am thinking you're done and will start over from zero, but you're out nothing by trying

You’ll need an emergency travel passport from your embassy or a new passport if you can stay wherever you are long enough to get one best get the emergency travel passport and wing your way home and get a new passport there then you’ll need to start over in Thailand
