TLDR : Answer Summary
Many users have experienced issues with the online system for the 90-day notification in Thailand, ranging from failed submissions to error messages. Some suggest that the online system is unstable, while others have successfully completed the process with persistence. Alternatives such as submitting the report by mail or visiting the immigration office in person are also discussed.

This is a really boring post now 😴

My last attempt was successful. However, it took 3 days and about 20 submissions on Chrome, Mozilla and Edge using 3 different windows devices and 2 different phones. Perseverance is the key. I think that's why you're allowed to submit 14 days before it's due, coz it'll take at least 12 of them to get the required result!

last time I reported it only took me 12 minutes. In person. 🤣🤣

yeah, last time I had to go in person, from arriving to leaving immigration was about 25 mins which was great. What wasn't so great was the 17km hike there and back because there's no public transport from where I live that goes anywhere near the immigration office, I don't have my own wheels and the only Grab driver in town has quit. Hence I am willing to try so hard to do it online.

Lol only driver quit. I guess they don’t have Bolt either. On the bright side it’s only every 90 days. 🚕

Well, on the plus side, I did get a nice tan, on the minus side, it's raining here almost every day so I don't think it'd be quite such an enjoyable stroll. Although next time, screw tradition, if I have to hike it I'm wearing shorts not trousers. My knees need a bit more colour🤣🤣🤣

But, rest assured, they have their top specialists working on the problem...

It has only failed once for me and that was earlier this year when the whole system was down.

I tried on June 2 weeks and same problems and I give up.

I seem to be one of the lucky ones in that I've never had any issues when doing the 90 day report online

Chrome on laptop, wherever there's a drop down option use it and don't type manually in the box, where a date is needed use their calendar. Don't accept any autofill, where typing is needed do it manually, eg address.

Thanks Darren, will try that

It's pot luck if it works for you or not. It's an unstable system. My advice if you're in Bangkok do it by mail, so much easier.
