TLDR : Answer Summary
You can change your Tourist visa to a Non-O visa at Bangkok Immigration if you have more than 15 days left on your stay. It is recommended to visit the immigration office to get the latest requirements for the visa change, as these can differ between offices. Ensure to gather the necessary documents and inquire about any associated fees during your visit.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
If you have more than 15 days left on your admitted to stay period you can apply at Bangkok Immigration for a new Non Immigrant O visa based on being married with a Thai National. As not every immigration office has the same requirements I would advice you to visit Immigration, explain what you like to do and get the latest hand out with requirements, make the copies, tick the boxes and when done apply.
That's a new one for me. Never heard of them asking to see family members before, but you never knew...

That is what the officer told me. Most likely to prove that I am not married just to get a visa and not involved in human trafficking and not related to detainees
It takes many steps and different requirements depends on the state. I needed bank statement that shows I have at least 400,000 Baht in a bank that is Thai for more than 2 months, single status proof from before marriage, marriage proof from my country, marriage certificate from the embassy in thailand that is translated to Thai and confirmed at the foreign affairs office, photo of me with her in her house and and with her parents from outside her house and in the house that includes living room, bed room and others. Copy of her father and her ID, registered address, their document to prove their job status, my job status, interview with police at her house with her and her father that proves that I live there (living in an apartment with her is not acceptable). I had to go to the immigration with her and her father 4 times and it took 3 month and costed 4000 baht
