I have non res-o visa w/retirement extension for past 5 years. Question what is procedure to change to marriage extension? I know documents needed what I don't lnow is do I have to start over with 90 day non res-o or can I just provide needed documentation and change to marriage extension?
TLDR : Answer Summary
To change your Non-O visa with a retirement extension to a marriage extension, you do not need to start over with a new 90-day Non-O visa. Instead, you can simply apply for the marriage extension by changing the reason for your current extension during your next application. However, if you used the banked money method for your retirement extension, ensure that you meet the seasoning requirements for the entire year before applying for the new extension.
