Whats the situation with obtaining a new Non B visa in Samui or SuratThani? My Non B expired in June.i have a company and valid work permit any info would be gratefull cheers.

The first question is why did you let you visa extension expire, if you were on an extension. If not then why did you not get an extension? Your work permit expired when your visa did, as there is no amnesty on work permits. Is your company legally registered, with the required registered capital, and with at least 4 Thai employees that you pay their social security on?
