Hi there, has anyone been to the Samui Immigration Office to renew their Non B Visa (90 days extension), and can you please let me know what their requirements are to make an extension?

My One Year Non B runs out in October, but my 90 days will run out in 10 days so I need to get prepared.

I live on Phangan so I cannot just go to the Samui Office and ask, not so many ferries running between the islands now.

Thanks, and keep up the good work guys! ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on the requirements for renewing their Non-B visa (90 days extension) at the Samui Immigration Office. They currently reside on Phangan and have concerns as their 90-day visa is about to expire. A comment suggests that there isn't a 90-day extension available for their one-year Non-B visa, but mentions alternatives like a letter from the consulate for COVID-19 extensions.

there is no 90 day extension on your year-multi-Non-B visa :( There's a year extension IF you meet the requirements OR there's the get the letter from your consulate and apply for an "unable to travel due to covid-19 extension that can be granted for up to 30 days.

Hi. I'm in the same situation. Went to Samui today. Thai officer pulled together everything I needed. Here is the list:

1. Application for extension TM7 (2 copies, at immigration)

2. Copy of passport: bio page, latest entrance stamp

3. Departure card: TM6

4. Acknowkedgement of T&C: STM 2 (form at immigration)

5. Letter from my Embassy (US Citizen)

6. 2 photos

Haven't got my stamp yet. Going first thing in the morning.
