TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on their expired work permit and Non-B visa in Thailand, specifically asking what steps to take next. One suggestion from the comments is to attempt to extend the work permit before the Non-B visa expiration, and then apply for an Extension of Stay or a new Non-B visa in Penang.
I would try to extend the Work Permit with 1 year before 8 Nov. Than you can apply for Extension Of Stay based on working at local immigration or get a new Multiple entry Non Immigrant B visa for 1 year in Penang.
I think only option is than go to Penang, get a Single Entry Non B visa for 90 days, extend the Work Permit and apply for Extension of Stay 30 days before admitted to stay date. At least next year your WP will end before your Extension of Stay. It is hard when officials only stick to the rules and can not be a little flexible to help you out.
Furthermore i went back to ministry of labor to check again they said my non b visa must available date longer then the work permit. So i dont know what to do
yup i been there today they say ask me to go to the immigration for extension but when i reach immigration they very seriously told me that i must have a 1 year work permit and my company document and if they extend for me now will only extend for 7 day
Did you visit Ministry of Labor and they really tell you to get an Extension of Stay based on working for 8 days before they can extend your work permit? Or are you afraid this could be happening?
yes indeed they very friendly but the problem is that say my blue book work permit expired on 16 and my passport visa is expired on 8 so they tell me to do the extension from the immigration first, so obviously im very confused now ๐ญ
Took 2 days in Krabi to extend. Just go to Ministry of Labor and ask, they normally nice people. And I prefer to answer on this page, so other people can use the same information.
