Good morning. I have gotten a new passport as my old one ran out of pages, I also got the embassy letter for immigration to move the extension of stay (retirement) from old passport to new passport, can someone help on the procedure, which form to fill and if I will have to pay the 1900 baht again? Thanks for the help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer your retirement visa from your old passport to your new one in Thailand, visit the main immigration office in Bangkok at Chaengwattana. Bring your old passport, new passport, and the letter from your embassy. Fill out the 'transfer stamp to new passport form' and make the necessary copies as instructed. The process is free of charge in Bangkok.
