TLDR : Answer Summary
When you get a new passport due to expiration, you typically do not need to transfer your existing E-visa stamps to the new passport. It is advisable to carry both the old and new passports when re-entering Thailand, as immigration may require both for reference.

Search within this group,

But I believe they won't transfer it to new passport therefore you need to carry both with you when re-entering each time
