TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the process of renewing their China Taiwan passport and transferring their single-entry non-O visa in Thailand. According to comments, passport renewal can be done in the home country, but visa stickers cannot be transferred between passports. During the validity of the visa, both the old and new passports should be used together.

1. If you home country allows you to renew your passport you can do it. You can not transfer visa stickers from one passport to another. 2. You use both passports during the validity of your visa.
