if you're extending based on marriage it doesn't matter if you have a work permit or not. The only difference is you could show your salary here in thailand to meet the 40K baht a month income requirements by using your tax documents, contract from work and pay stubs.
I want to extend and I have work permit also because what I know is work permit is different and visa is different if I’m right please tell me what should I do now ?
You COULD apply for a 60 day visit thai family extension for 1900baht (that doesn't require proof of funds) and that way the 400K baht in the bank could season for the 2 months before you apply for the year extension.
Applications for Extension differs with some papers at Immigration Offces. Best is to visit Immigration Office in your area, ask for the hand out for Extension of Stay based on Marriage AND for based on working. See which list is the most easy for you to meet all the requirements.
If you can meet the financial requirement of 400.000 Thb seasoned for 2 month on a Thai bank account on your name it is less paperwork to apply for Extension of Stay based on marriage than based on working.
