Hi Rob and Tod

Did my first extension of stay based on marriage in Samui today

Your list of requirements posted recently was a huge help as there is a lot of paperwork

The only thing to comment on here is that they requested 2 complete sets of documents and an additional form STM 2 which they asked me to fill put and sign in duplicate

Kind regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully completed their first extension of stay based on marriage in Samui and found previously posted requirements very helpful. They noted that the immigration office requested two complete sets of documents and an additional form labeled STM 2, which needed to be filled out and signed in duplicate.

STM 2 sound like a Samui Immigration Form. You remember what this was about?

Will do. Lol

Gary Sparkes It is a form used by more Immigration Offices and you get this always for the Immigration Officer. Most people just sign and never read it. At least you know now that if you divorce you have to cancel this Extension of Stay, but stay happily married for many more years.
