For spouse visa that is close to expiring and stuck overseas is their any provision for extension. If visa expires how can get back in

I remember that still need to have a passbook of 400,000 baht that has been deposited for 2 months and update it on the day of application. And bank statement.

the 60 day extension requires NO funds. You are thinking of the 12 month extension.

I think the secret is to go to your local immigration office and ASK THEM.
The problem with asking here is that what is right for Fred in Pattaya will not be right for George in Khon Kaen ... or Eric in Chiang Rai ... or Nigel in Phattalung .. etc. Every single office seems to make up its own rules.

4. A recent Kor Lor 2.
5. Original marriage certificate.

7. Photocopy of tabien baan.

9. Completed Tor Mor 7.
10. Completed “acknowledgement of penalties for a visa overstay” form.
11. Completed “acknowledgement of terms and conditions for permit of temporary stay in the kingdom of Thailand” form.

I believe so but I actually used mine in May. That was a copy of an old post I made...you should check.with your local office what they require. It should be very similar to my list, but MAY not be exactly the same.Canice ******
