Hi everyone.

I have a question.

I'm getting married in a few days in Thailand and would like to move a Non-O Visa and extension based on mariage as soon as possible.

Do you know if it's possible to do the extension on day 1 of the Non-O Visa ?

The idea is to be on my mariage visa to be able to link a work permit on it.

Cheers, thank you for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Anthony is getting married soon in Thailand and is inquiring about the possibility of extending his Non-O Visa based on marriage immediately after the marriage. A community member clarified that it is indeed possible to apply for a marriage visa from day one of obtaining the Non-O Visa, allowing Anthony to subsequently apply for a work permit after 60 days.

First you apply for conversion to a marriage visa and after 60 days you apply for a marriage visa, so it is from day one possible to apply for a Work Permit with a stay based on marriage visa.

In official wording: First you apply for a Non Immigrant O visa based on being married with a Thai National and after 60 days you apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on being married with a Thai National, both called marriage visa as this saves time in typing.

Yes, your employer can apply as soon as you have the Non Immigrant O visa stamped in your passport.
