How can I obtain a work permit while on a Non-O marriage visa in Thailand?

Good morning all. I know this ain't much visa related but this group provides solid info.

I have a non o marriage visa where I need to leave the kingdom every 90 days and want to know if someone can please send me more information on the procedure of obtaining a work permit on this visa. Thank you in advance.
