What are the current requirements for applying for a one-year retirement visa extension in Thailand?

I've looked further at the requirements when applying for a one year retirement visa extension, and things seem to have changed. In January of this year, I didn't have to show 1) A Copy TM30 showing "TM6" barcode number, 2) A Condo owner I.D, 3) A Copy of condo Tabien Baan with my name entered into it, 4) A "Number 3", statement from Juristic or Thai person guaranteeing I live at the address of the application. Am I correct in thinking all these are now required?

The easiest way I found is make two copies of everything.

Save the extra one for the next year

Your best answer is to stop in to your local immigration office and pick up their current list of requirements for your extension.

With 70+ immigration offices...that is the only way for you to know.
