I entered last week on a re-entry permit for a 90 day UK issued Non O Retirement visa on a British passport. My visa runs out on 17 October 2022. I am in Pattaya.
Am I right in thinking that to apply for 1 year Non O Retirement I need to take the following to the Immigration after 18 September:
1. Copy of my 3 month Visa letter
1. TM 30 from my hotel
1. Letter from Bank confirming the 800k thats been there for more than 3 months. Letter should be dated within 7 days of application. - can I get this instantly from the Bangkok Bank branch nr immigration or has to be ordered a day in advance?
1. Bank book updated on the morning of the visit to immigration. The balance per bank book should match the Bank letter.
1. 2 sets of photocopies of all used pages in passport and all the above documents.
1. A couple of photos.
Grateful if someone can confirm or point out anything I have missed.
Thanks!
Joe

You should be fine getting the Bangkok Bangkok statement over the counter as it's your first extension, they can do up to 6 months in the bank. But next year it will take 5 working days for the statement as they have to send to head office (just so you're aware.
As Thai immigration offices may have different requirements for the Non O Visa as retiree and the One year extension of stay as retired... Suggest that you visit the Jomtien Immigration office and ask for their list of requirements.
