TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a 60-day tourist visa at the Thai consulate in Kuala Lumpur, it is essential to gather all necessary documents according to their requirements. Primarily, the documents include a hotel reservation or an invitation letter. Several users shared their experiences, indicating that as long as you meet all the listed requirements, the application process is generally straightforward. It is important to have printed copies of your hotel booking and flight tickets, as digital bookings are often not accepted. Applicants are advised to prepare all forms in advance for a smoother visit.
As long as you "tick all the boxes" as far as what the thai consulate in Kuala Lumpur requires to issue a single entry tourist visa (or really any visa for that matter) they're not difficult to deal with.
7. and 8. flight tickets, reservations, activities, invitations but note : METV s are restricted to citizens or residents of the neighboring countries, in this instance Malaysia.
Ok thanks.. Last year I got it without a hotel reservation and ticket out of Thailand.. But was in Malaysia on a different visa back then so wanted to check what they ask for if on a tourist visa in Malaysia
Like you mentioned, complete list on embassy's website. I also showed copy of flight in and out of TH. If you have a complete file as per their website it's fairly easy there.
