What is the process and requirements for obtaining a SETV in Kuala Lumpur?

Just received a SETV from Kuala Lumpur. Arrived at 9 a.m. and was 24th in line. Was out by 10:15am. Gave them my flight into Thailand, a bus ticket to Siem Reap, and proof of 14 days accommodation in Thailand. Received VISA next day, no line. Easy!

They don't require proof of funds at KL, BUT they do list on their sheet you need proof of accommodations for the whole time you're here
