TLDR : Answer Summary
The date on your Thai visa indicates that it was issued on November 23, 2020, and allows you to enter Thailand any time up to and including February 22, 2021. Upon entry, you will receive a stamp allowing a stay of 90 days, which counts the arrival date as day 1.

That visa was issued on Nov 23, 2020 and you can use it to ENTER thailand any time up to and including the 22 of Feb 2021.

When you do enter thailand you will get stamped in for 90 days (89 really because they count the date you arrive as day 1) ;)
