Iโm a bit confused about when the start date of the visa. Do the dates at the top indicate I must enter within that date range? And the stamp date is when the 45 day tr visa starts?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The dates at the top of your Thai TR visa indicate when the visa was issued and when it will expire. You must enter Thailand within these dates. Upon entry with a TR visa, you will receive a stamp allowing you to stay for 60 days, starting from your entry date. Conversely, the 45-day duration mentioned applies to visa-exempt entries. Additionally, there's an option to extend your visa for an additional 30 days before the visa ends.

You must enter Thailand by March 22. When you enter Thailand, you will be stamped in for 59 days from your date of entry.
The dates at the top are for when the visa was issued and when it will expire. It must be used within these dates. On entry using a TR visa youโd be stamped for 60 days. 45 days is for visa exempt entry.
