Hello ๐Ÿ™‚

Does 60 days visit visa start on the day of approval or at the entry to Thailand Airport? I am thinking of getting Thai visa, but I need to go to Singapore first before going to Thailand but not sure if I will lose stay even before entering Thailand in doing so. Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 60 days tourist visa for Thailand begins at entry to the country, not at the time of approval. The visa is valid for entry within 90 days from the date it is issued, and upon entry, you will receive a stamp allowing you to stay for 60 days.

A tourist visa is valid for you to use it to enter Thailand for 90 days from the day it is issued.

As long as you enter Thailand by the expiration date on the visa, you'll be stamped into the country for 60 days.
