Can my husband enter Thailand on a single entry tourism visa valid from and until certain dates?

Hello

We finally received the visa for my husband.

Nationality: Iraqi

Resident: Belgium

Visa : single entry tourism

In the past the visa stated the max date of entry and the visa length (2 months). But this has changed.

It states-valid from- and -valid until-

Does that mean he can (in theory) arrive 3 Oct and leave the 29 Dec ?

I don’t see a max validity in days on it.

Thanks advice

TLDR : Answer Summary
The main concern revolves around the validity dates on a single entry tourism visa for Thailand. The 'valid from' and 'valid until' dates indicate the timeframe in which the visa can be utilized for entry, not the duration of stay. The tourist visa typically allows for a 60-day stay upon entry, and it appears that the user seeks confirmation on whether their husband can arrive within the visa's validity period and stay for the full 60 days.

You have until 30th December to use this visa

Congrats on his visa approval. Tourist Visa details have not been changed. It's still 60 days stay on entry. Valid from/until, visa validity, is the term you can "use" that visa, not the length of your stay. That means during those 3 months, you can enter on that Tourist Visa to get a 60-day entry stamp.
