When does the 60-day count start for a Thai visa with a valid from-until date?

Previous visa had a ‘enter before’ date, however this visa has a valid from-until date. Has the 60 days already started even though the person has not entered the country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 60-day count for a Thai visa with a specific valid from-until date begins only when the individual enters the country. If the individual enters before the expiry of the visa (e.g., by July 28), they will receive a 60-day stay starting from the entry date. Additionally, if the visa is not used to enter the country within 90 days of its issuance, it expires.

It expires in 90 days if unused...so use it before 28 Jul

The counting starts when you enter the country.

Valid until means you can enter the country before that date after which your 60 days start.

If you enter on July 28 you'll get 60 days.
