TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a 60-day Thai visa issued on February 6, expiring on May 6. Commenters clarify that the visa is valid for entry to Thailand for 90 days from the issuance date, and upon entering, the user will receive a 60-day stamp.

The visa is valid to use for 90 days from it's issue date. When you enter Thailand you'll be stamped in for 60 days.
