Today Thai Embassy issued my visa for Thsiland.  Valid from : 16th November, 2021 and Valid till 15th February, 2022.  My return ticket submitted to Thai Embassy is for 9th March.  Does the 3 months tourist visa start from today or from date of arrival in Thailand?

The Tourist Visa starts from your date of arrival into Thailand...

60 days stamp...plus one 30 day extension from Thai immigration 1,900 Thai baht.
