ORIGINAL POSTER
I am currently on a 12 month non-o retirement extension, previously living in Chiang Mai, however I have now relocated and are living in Roi Et (in Thai partner’s house).

What do I need to do when doing a 90 day report here and also what to do when applying for my next extension later this year?

Thanks in advance for any useful feedback

TLDR : Answer Summary
After relocating to Roi Et on a 12-month Non-O retirement extension, you must file a new TM30 form at the local immigration office within a specific timeframe. Once registered at the new address, you can complete your 90-day reporting. When preparing for your next extension application, request a list of requirements related to the retirement extension from the immigration office.

I moved from CNX to very rural Nakhon Sawan; good correct advice above. It also doesn't hurt to mention online 90 day reports to I.O.; I did and they've been working perfectly for three years.

When you moved you go to your new immigration office and filed a new TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) form, and/or a TM28 (change of address) form if that office still uses that form..

Then once you're registered as staying at an address served by the immigration office you can do 90 day reporting there and you can do your next yearly extension there as well.

When you go to file the TM30 or do your next 90 day report ask them for the hand out listing the requirements to get an extension based on retirement at that office.
