I am currently on a 12 month non-o retirement extension, previously living in Chiang Mai, however I have now relocated and are living in Roi Et (in Thai partner’s house).

What do I need to do when doing a 90 day report here and also what to do when applying for my next extension later this year?

I have this visa and have to do border runs every 90 days. I know I can get 15 month staying in Thailand all up doing my last border run before June 4 2019 giving me another 90 days.

ThenI can apply for an extension for another year on this visa. How can I avoid border runs? I have yellow book and pink I/D card, live near Roi Et in a village with my family in law and my wife is running a business in Phuket and comes home every 3 month.

What is the closest town from Roi Et to do a border run?
